What happens after I get in touch?

We'll have a relaxed chat (call or video, your choice) where I get to know your situation and answer your questions. You'll come away knowing where you stand and what your options are. Whether you take it further is completely up to you.
Do I need to have everything sorted before I reach out?

Not at all. You don't need a deposit locked in, a property picked, or your paperwork in order. Come as you are, half the value of an early chat is working out what to do next.
Am I committing to anything by booking a call?

Nope. A first chat is just that, a chat. There's no obligation, no forms to sign, and no pressure to go ahead. If it's not the right time or the right fit, that's completely fine.
What do I need to bring or prepare?

Nothing for the first chat. If you want to make it more detailed, having a rough idea of your income, savings, debts and expenses plus what you're hoping to buy helps too, but honestly, don't stress. We can work through all of that together.
